- Premises Licence – we hold a licence from Mid Devon District Council for performance of plays, live music, any playing of recorded music, any dance performance, & the supply of alcohol which can be inspected in the Centre office.

- Liability Insurance – we have £10,000,000 cover for both Employer’s and Public liability. Policy details can be inspected in the Centre office.
- Dogs – only assistance dogs are allowed.
- Smoking – no smoking allowed ether in the building or its perimeters.
- No amplified music, in particular discos. This is to respect our neighbours and the possibility of “noise pollution”.
