- Sarasota room contains large drop-down screen for projection (other rooms projection on to acoustic walls perfectly satisfactory).

- All rooms have emergency exits on to external escape route
- All rooms heated by water radiators linked to gas boilers in lobby area.
- Heating, as required, is programmed in advance of your event
- Fire extinguishers in every room + fire blanket in kitchen
- 2 “Evacuator” alarms manually operated in case of fire
- Defibrillator fitted to outside front wall
- Free (private) car park for up to 50 cars within 100m
- 2 bays at front of the Centre for off-loading and/or parking for the disabled
